Virtual Items & Purchases Policy

1) Virtual items & virtual currency

• The Service may offer virtual currency, tokens, credits, boosters, skins, or similar digital items (“Virtual Items”).
• Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and are provided for entertainment use within the Service only.
• Virtual Items have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for money or anything of monetary value (except where required by law).

2) Pricing, taxes, and checkout

Prices and available packages are shown at the point of purchase and may change. Taxes may be added where applicable. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

3) Subscriptions & auto-renewal (if offered)

• If you start a subscription, it will renew automatically at the disclosed price and frequency unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• How to cancel will be provided in your account settings or purchase confirmation.

4) Delivery, loss, and changes

Virtual Items are typically delivered immediately or shortly after purchase. We may adjust, remove, or discontinue Virtual Items and related features at any time. We are not responsible for losses caused by device issues, unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account, or third-party outages.

5) Refunds, chargebacks, and disputed payments

• All sales are final unless a refund is required by applicable law or explicitly offered at the point of purchase.
• If you believe a purchase was made in error or was unauthorized, contact us promptly with transaction details so we can review.
• Chargebacks may result in account restrictions, reversal of Virtual Items, or suspension while we investigate suspected fraud or abuse.

6) Fraud, abuse, and prohibited conduct

• Do not attempt to exploit pricing errors, manipulate promotions, use unauthorized payment methods, or access Virtual Items through cheats, bots, or reverse engineering.
• We may limit purchases, revoke Virtual Items, or take enforcement actions if we detect abuse, fraud, or violations of our terms.
