These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of crystalplayglade.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

3) Virtual items and optional purchases

The Service may include virtual currency/items. They are licensed to you, not sold. We may modify, remove, or limit virtual items at any time. If optional in-app purchases are available, they grant only a limited, revocable license to use virtual items in the Service; purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or the platform provider’s policies.

4) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, automation/bots, scraping, or unauthorized access.
• Harassment, hate, threats, impersonation, or unlawful content.
• Uploading malware or interfering with the Service’s operation or security.
• Attempting to buy/sell/transfer accounts or virtual items outside permitted features.

5) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

6) User content

If you post content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, and display it in connection with operating and improving the Service. You represent you have rights to what you post and it does not violate law or others’ rights.

7) DMCA (copyright)

If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us with (a) your contact info, (b) identification of the work and the allegedly infringing material, (c) a good-faith statement, and (d) a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

8) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

9) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or law.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, including for suspected violations. Upon termination, your license ends and you may lose access to virtual items without compensation.

12) Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution by contacting us first. If unresolved, claims must be brought in state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, except that either party may bring eligible claims in small claims court.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version and updating the effective date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
